Data Cloud Architect, Brazil

Summary: OSF Digital is seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Developer/Admin to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing complex SQL queries, knowledge of database design and data modeling as well as experience with Salesforce Data Cloud as a platform. This role demands strong technical skills, a deep understanding of data management, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

What you will do:

1. Collaborate with solution architects, technical architects, and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
2. Participate in database design and data modeling sessions to ensure efficient data ingestion and data activation.
3. Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data efficiently.
4. Design, develop, and maintain data streams, DLOs, DMOs, segments, calculated insights, activation platforms and other Salesforce Data Cloud assets and configuration needs.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the implemented solutions.

Requirements Competencies

What you will bring:

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries.
• Knowledge of database design and data modeling and understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Experience with data/database development tools such as DBeaver, etc.
• Experience with REST API type of integrations, endpoints and configurations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Skill Set

Bonus points if:

• You are familiar with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS S3, MS Azure, Snowflake, DataBricks, GCP Big Query).
• You have knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
• You have a strong understanding of other Salesforce products and how they integrate with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• You have experience with version control systems like Git and other devops/QA processes.
