O profissional ideal terá experiência no gerenciamento de equipes diversificadas e larga escala de projetos, além de um profundo conhecimento das leis brasileiras. O cargo exige fluência em inglês e português e disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente até 100% do tempo.

Qualificações

• 5+ anos de experiência em gerenciamento de serviços em data centers críticos.
• Experiência em projetos complexos e gerenciamento de orçamentos superiores a $20M.
• Conhecimento das leis trabalhistas e fiscais brasileiras.

• Liderar a cultura de segurança, segurança e conformidade nas operações do data center.
• Gerenciar o suporte IT e CE para todos os serviços.
• Colaborar com equipes de gestão globais e regionais.

As a Data Center Campus Director your responsibilitieswill include: - Empower a culture of safety, security and complianceinall aspectsof data centeroperations - Leadership, management, coaching, anddevelopmentof Microsoft full time employeesacrossdatacentersinyourMetro - Accountable for theongoing ITand Critical Environment (CE)support for all service linesensuring the on-time and defect-free delivery of customer capacity within our SLA commitments - Responsible for ensuring theplanning and delivery of all supporting physical infrastructure, logistics, andtheresources required to meet anticipated growthwithin your Metro - Actively participatein incidentmanagementprocedures relating tomajor incidentsthat impact Microsoft cloud servicesin your Metro.This will includeleading incident management callswithcustomersand senior leadership,the timely resolution of incidents, post-incident reviews, and the implementation of improvement plans - Ensure financial management of your metro includingthedevelopment of detailed budgets, forecasts, and management of operational and capital spend - Management and oversight of all vendor/partner contracts and relationshipsincludingleased-facilitylandlords, IT and CE service providers, and partner support teams - Collaborate withglobalandregional management teamsand contributetoimprovement programs - Learn, live, and coach the One Microsoft culture and values. Qualifications (Text Only)

- Bachelor's Degree - 5+ years experience of mission-critical datacenter service management. - 5+ years experience leading, directly managing, and influencing a diverse organization of full-time employees across multiple disciplines and platforms. - 5+ years' enterprise-level experience managing large scale and complex projects/programs AND Experience managing budget $20M+. - Ability to communicate in English & Portuguese in a professional setting. - Understanding of the brazilian labor and fiscal law requirements. - Able to communicate professionally in English in both spoken and written form. - Able to work on site up to 100% of the time.
