The role involves remote troubleshooting of data center infrastructure, coordinating repairs, and improving operational processes. AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We keep the cloud running and support data centers, servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment to ensure continual access to AWS services. We work on challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain and we’re looking for talented people who want to help.
You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with teams across AWS to deliver high standards for safety and security while providing scalable capacity at the lowest possible cost. As a Global Field Operations Command Center Tech (GFOCC Tech) at A100 Row Serviços de Dados BRA, you will help maintain and operate one of the world’s largest cloud computing infrastructures across multiple local and remote locations. You will monitor and service non-core Data Center infrastructure, including servers and networking equipment, remotely from a centralized location. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented approach to drive operational improvements while ensuring seamless communication across teams and uphold high standards of operational excellence.
