AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

You will partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, design data models, and deliver scalable analytics across Snowflake and SAP data sources. You will work closely with IT and source-system owners to ensure data availability, quality, and consistency while translating complex business requirements into clear dashboards

Formación

• 4+ years in Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational/analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements.
• Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPIs, data consistency.
• Experience onboarding data from enterprise sources.
• Troubleshooting across data solution layers.
• Strong communication and ability to explain concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand KPIs and data definitions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visuals.
• Coordinate with IT to identify required data and source structures.
• Support onboarding of data into enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across data flow.
• Collaborate to improve data quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decisions.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and KPIs.
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE

MUST HAVES

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• - Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• - Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
• - Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• - Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data, understand source structures, and coordinate data availability.
• - Support the onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources.
• - Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the complete flow from source system → data platform → semantic/model layer → Power BI.
• - Collaborate with business data owners and technical teams to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
• - Promote reusable data models, common KPI definitions, and scalable analytics solutions instead of isolated reports.
• - Provide guidance to stakeholders on effective data visualization and the use of analytics to support decision-making.
• - Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• - Work in an Agile delivery environment and collaborate with distributed and remote teams.
