Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that convert enterprise data into actionable insights.

You will partner with business stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs, then design and implement models, visuals, and reports that drive informed decisions. You will work with IT and data owners to source data from Snowflake and SAP environments, troubleshoot end-to-end data flows, and promote

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Expertise in Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, data governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
• Experience onboarding data from enterprise source systems.
• Troubleshooting across data solution layers.
• Strong communication for non-technical audiences.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear business insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and coordinate availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the flow from source to semantic layer to Power BI.
• Collaborate with data owners and tech teams to improve data quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions across areas.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics for decisions.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed/remote teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• - Provide guidance to stakeholders on effective data visualization and the use of analytics to support decision-making.
