AgileEngine, LLC. is recruiting a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of experience in BI, strong SQL, and familiarity with Snowflake or SAP-based data sources.

You will partner with business and IT stakeholders, design data models, and ensure data quality while delivering scalable analytics in an agile, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with clear insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and data owners to identify data and source structures.
• Onboard and integrate data into the enterprise platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to BI layer.
• Improve data consistency, quality, and reliability with stakeholders and teams.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and decision support.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed and remote teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
• Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data, understand source structures, and coordinate data availability.
• Support the onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the complete flow from source system → data platform → semantic/model layer → Power BI.
• Collaborate with business data owners and technical teams to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models, common KPI definitions, and scalable analytics solutions instead of isolated reports.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on effective data visualization and the use of analytics to support decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment and collaborate with distributed and remote teams.
