AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer in Belo Horizonte to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

You will design data models, work with Snowflake and SAP data sources, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders. With 4+ years of experience, you’ll translate business requirements into analytics deliverables, promote reusable data models, and support an Agile delivery environment across distributed

• 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards/reports.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational/analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Translate business processes into data requirements for analytics.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, data governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
• Experience onboarding data from enterprise source systems.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate with IT and data owners to identify data and source structures.
• Support onboarding/integration of data into enterprise data platform including Snowflake and SAP HANA sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Collaborate with data owners and tech teams to improve data quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics use.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

MUST HAVES

• 4+ years of strong professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational and analytical data.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
• Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data, understand source structures, and coordinate data availability.
• Support the onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the complete flow from source system → data platform → semantic/model layer → Power BI.
• Collaborate with business data owners and technical teams to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models, common KPI definitions, and scalable analytics solutions instead of isolated reports.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on effective data visualization and the use of analytics to support decision‑making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
