Job summary

Customer Intelligence is expanding its Performance Analytics team in Brazil. We seek consultants at four seniority levels to design and scale analytics solutions, analyze large datasets, and present actionable insights to clients in banking, payments, retail and restaurants.

The role requires undergraduate data analytics experience, hands-on Python/R/SQL/SAS, and strong client management with English proficiency; positions are hybrid with on-site work 3x weekly under PJ contracts through Jan

We're hiring | Data Analytics Consultants — All Levels (Consultant to Senior Managing Consultant) | Brazil

• Hybrid (3x per week on site)
• PJ Contract (CNPJ)
• Project-based engagement: now – January 2027

At Customer Intelligence we combine traditional management consulting with rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technology to deliver powerful strategic insights for clients across banking, payments, retail, and restaurants. Our Performance Analytics team translates data into insights — designing, implementing, and scaling analytical solutions that turn analysis into clear recommendations and impactful narratives.

We are growing our Performance Analytics team in Brazil and hiring at FOUR different seniority levels for the same engagement:

• Consultant — up to 3 years of data & analytics experience. You'll analyze datasets, identify trends and anomalies, support presentations, and grow with mentorship from analytics leaders.
• Associate Managing Consultant — 3+ years of experience. You'll manage deliverables and workstreams, build predictive models (segmentation, regression), own client relationships at manager level, and coach junior consultants.
• Managing Consultant — 6+ years of experience. You'll lead client engagements end-to-end, develop analytics strategies, own mid-to-senior stakeholder relationships, lead the delivery team, and support business development.

• Design, implement, and scale analytical solutions using customer data, technology, and proprietary platforms
• Analyze large datasets and synthesize key findings into business recommendations via descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics
• Build trusted working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders (Product, Business Development)
• Prepare and deliver effective, business-focused client presentations with impactful data storytelling
• Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and a collaborative, inclusive team culture
• Undergraduate degree + data & analytics experience in business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics
• Hands-on proficiency with data analytics software (Python, R, SQL, or SAS)
• Experience managing clients, internal stakeholders, and/or teams (scope grows with level)
• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Building, managing, and maintaining database structures
• Hadoop framework and coding with Impala, Hive, or PySpark
• Master's degree in advanced analytics, big data, or a mathematical discipline (not required)
