Job DescriptionAt Syngenta, our goal is to build the most collaborative and trustworthy team in agriculture, providing top-quality seeds and innovative crop protection solutions that improve farmers' success. To support this mission, Syngenta’s Digital and Data Science Team is seeking a Data Analytics and Predictive Science Lead in São Paulo/SP. This role will be responsible to build and lead the Brazilian Data Analytics & Predictive Science team as part of Digital Crop Protection Development to support successful data driven product development. Drive the data science needs in Crop Protection Development on the areas of statistics, advanced data analytics and predictive modelling in the different product lines. Contribute to the strategic developments in Product Biology with a focus on Digital across different product lines and in close collaboration with regional counterparts. Influence data strategy at Syngenta and ensure diverse internal and external data sources are effectively connected and integrated to support analysis and modelling.
