About the Team

The Product & Data Analytics team focuses on empowering data-driven decisions across Cyera’s product lifecycle. Our insights shape product strategy, guide technical investment, and enhance customer experiences. The team partners closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to surface impactful metrics and tell compelling stories through data.

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 data analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities
• Take ownership of customer-facing data analysis processes, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and timely insights for both existing and prospective clients
• Collaborate closely with the research team to support ongoing studies and develop innovative analytical approaches that enhance research outcomes
• Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, manage incoming requests, and deliver tailored data-driven solutions
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and performance of production data pipelines and analysis workflows in time-sensitive environments
• Innovate new methods and tools to improve the team’s efficiency and the overall impact of data analysis across the company

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, with strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Proven experience managing or leading a team, with excellent people management and communication skills
• Strong background in working with production data in time-critical environments, balancing accuracy and speed of delivery
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer and research needs into actionable data solutions
• Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and driving process improvements in analytics workflows
• Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments with multiple stakeholders
