Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Data Analyst to join our global analytics team. You will develop BI dashboards, generate data-driven insights, and contribute to data warehouse initiatives that support operational and strategic decisions in a fully remote setting.

You will interpret data, test hypotheses, and collaborate with managers to build data products that enhance decision-making across the organization. Strong SQL, data visualization, and English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, statistics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience across any SQL database.
• Extensive experience with data visualization and storytelling with data.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

In this role, you'll use data to help the business meet its objectives, developing BI dashboards, generating hypotheses, and validating them with data to produce actionable insights. Working within a well-recognized Analytics team responsible for managing Data Warehouse pipelines, you'll contribute to both operational and strategic decisions that shape the future of the company.
