We’re looking for a data-driven explorer to turn messy, multi-modal signals into real customer value. You’ll analyze human-LLM interactions, uncover insights, and drive product evolution for our AI-powered support platform.
What you'll do:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities supporting data-driven decisions in a customer support application based on LLMs.
- Extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics, providing clear insights to stakeholders.
- Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests), including statistical analysis and interpretation.
- Help define KPIs, metrics, and data taxonomies aligned with business goals.
- Communicate findings through data storytelling, visualizations, and presentations to diverse audiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, discover new insights, and enhance efficiency through automation and scalable solutions.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Fluency in Python.
- Experience using LLMs to enhance performance.
- Self-motivated to learn, investigate, experiment, and manage your work.
- Effective communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
- Ability to analyze and present large amounts of information clearly.
- Experience with unstructured data analysis.
- Solid knowledge of statistical methods and analyses.
Nice to have:
- Experience with BigQuery.
- Knowledge of ETL frameworks like Airflow.
- Familiarity with trace analysis tools (Langfuse, Deepeval, Langsmith, etc.).
- Experience with vector databases like PGVector.
