Data Science Integrations Team

This team ensures successful A/B testing at scale, minimizes manual effort, and manages customer onboarding from a data quality perspective. It verifies customer integrations and tracking, and ensures our algorithms function correctly during live tests.

The team includes data analysts and engineers. As a member, you will utilize analytical, engineering, and data processing techniques to build infrastructure, tooling, and analytical capabilities, collaborating across the company to optimize our platform.

Challenges You Will Tackle

1. Perform data exploration to understand user behavior, suggest improvements, and implement data pipelines and UI/UX changes.
2. Deliver insights to enable effective decision-making and optimize evaluation results.
3. Assist Customer Success in communication, integration, and metric optimization.
4. Collaborate with Customer Integrations to ensure bug-free, well-tracked integrations that support data pipelines and models.

Requirements

• Proficiency with BI tools for analysis and dashboard creation for diverse audiences.
• Strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
• Experience with large data sets to drive product innovation and business value.
• Knowledge of statistics, especially A/B testing.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, numpy, visualization libraries); familiarity with Spark, Presto/Athena, Hive is a plus.
• Ability to prototype quickly and support analytical initiatives focusing on relevant features and metrics.
• Willingness to develop communication tools for reporting and decision-making support.
• Stack includes Athena/Presto, Python notebooks, Databricks, Google Analytics.
