MANUAL is seeking a dedicated Data professional to support our Brazil Operations, focusing on unlocking actionable insights from Joy, our AI-driven chatbot, and improving logistics analytics.

You will build the data foundation from the ground up, drive strategic decision-making across Product, Operations, and Commercial priorities, and raise the analytical bar with scalable frameworks in a fast-growing environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years as Data Analyst or Data Engineer supporting Operations or Product-led teams.
• Advanced SQL and building robust data models in Looker/dbt BI stacks.
• Identify inefficiencies by analyzing data for efficiency improvements.
• Explain technical performance and business impact to executives.
• Own projects from ingestion to strategic recommendations.
• Thrive in a fast-paced scale-up with ownership mindset.

As we rapidly scale and expand into new growth areas, we are looking for a dedicated Data professional to support our Operations team. A key focus of this role will be unlocking actionable insights for our most critical automation asset: Joy, our AI-driven chatbot, and support the Ops team with smart logistics analyses. You will play a pivotal role in building our data foundation from the ground up, transforming bottlenecks into scalable solutions.

• Build from the ground up: Design and implement the core data structures and analytical foundations for our Brazil Operations.
• Drive strategic decision-making: Generate insights that influence Product, Operations, and Commercial priorities.
• Unlock patient insights: Analyze patient interactions to better understand sentiment and improve the customer experience.
• Identify growth opportunities: Surface cross-sell opportunities and operational improvements through data.
• Raise the analytical bar: Develop frameworks that improve data quality and strengthen experimentation across the business.
• Create lasting impact: Join at an early stage where your work will define how analytics supports one of our most strategic markets.

Ideal Profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer, specifically supporting Operations or Product‑led teams.
• Advanced SQL skills and have experience building robust data models within modern BI stacks like Looker or dbt.
• Ability to look at data through the lens of efficiency, immediately identifying where time or resources are being wasted.
• Can explain both technical performance and its broader commercial impact to executive leadership.
• Take full ownership of projects, from raw data ingestion to final strategic recommendation.
• Are an exceptional performer who resonates with ownership and strategic thinking in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment.
