Overview
Position: Data Analyst
Hours: FT 40h / week
Time Zone: EST
Responsibilities
Analyze customer behavior and performance data using Amplitude and SQL to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards in Amplitude to track key business metrics.
Develop clear reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-makers.
Monitor data accuracy and consistency, flag anomalies, and collaborate with the teams to resolve issues.
Evaluate marketing and funnel performance, including acquisition cost efficiency and ROAS.
Identify patterns and correlations in customer behavior to support growth and retention strategies.
Provide ad hoc analysis to answer specific business questions or validate hypotheses.
Support tracking setup and improvements to ensure data accuracy.
Must-Haves
Daily hands-on experience with Amplitude.
Strong proficiency in SQL.
Expertise in data visualization (Amplitude dashboards).
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
Nice-to-Haves
Basic Python scripting for data manipulation.
Experience detecting and troubleshooting inaccurate data.
Knowledge of tracking setup (e.g., GTM).
