Key Responsibilities
- Join sales calls as the technical expert, answering customer questions and providing deep product and data/AI insights.
- Support the sales team in designing solutions that align with client needs.
- Deliver demos, proof-of-concepts, and presentations tailored to prospects.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a smooth handoff of technical requirements.
- Advise on best practices and integration paths for customers exploring data/AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Data/AI, personalization, or customer data platforms (CDPs).
- Hands-on experience with BlueShift is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales capacity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working fractionally on a per-hour, on-demand basis.

Job Title: AI Engineer (Search Engine)
About the Company: Insight Global's Client
Type: 10 month extending contract
Compensation: Shared upon initial WhatsApp screening call
Location: Fully Remote

We are hiring one AI/LLM Engineers (1 Mid-Level) to join a small, focused team building backend features for an existing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) service. Your primary focus will be building and optimizing RAG models for search across large-scale medical and scientific documents, including pre-processing and embedding over half a billion documents to ensure they are searchable and contextually accurate. You’ll work on semantic chunking strategies, improving the automated evaluation pipeline, and fine-tuning LLMs for textual RAG use cases. The role involves hands-on experimentation, model development, and backend engineering, with deployments to non-prod environments and collaboration with DevOps for production rollout. While this is a heads-down, individual contributor role, strong communication and collaboration with the team are essential.

As a Fraud Business Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in strengthening our fraud defenses by supporting process audits, rule tuning, and data-driven investigations. This role focuses on validating the effectiveness of existing Robotic Process Automations (RPAs), Accertify rules, and anomaly detection signals. Responsibilities:
- Assist in auditing and validating existing fraud rules configured in the Accertify platform
- Support quality assurance reviews of RPAs related to fraud monitoring and decision-making
- Collaborate with the Anomaly Detection team to analyze triggers and evaluate false positives/negatives
- Help design and test Splunk dashboards and data visualizations for fraud alerts and system monitoring
- Document and report gaps or inefficiencies in current detection logic or process automations

Qualifications:
