Super is seeking a Dynamics 365 FinOps Consultant to join our growing team. You will administer and provide functional expertise for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, support project cycles, and deliver 1st line user support while shaping our future applications strategy.

You will manage projects within the D365 Finance & Operations portfolio, assist internal users, analyse needs, develop training, create documentation, and collaborate with partners to drive process improvements across finance

Qualificações

• 3+ years implementing Dynamics 365 F&O or Business Central.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, finance and supply chain processes.
• Able to independently develop standards and manage processes.
• Analytical with problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent communication and consultancy to business.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Managing projects within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations portfolio.
• Assisting internal users in using Dynamics 365 F&O (ERP, payments, fixed assets, inventory, Procure to Pay).
• Analysing user needs and creating functional requirements.

• Collaborating with Business Applications team on process improvements.

In this role you will be responsible for administering and providing functional expertise for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. The goal is to support implementation project cycles and provide 1st level support for business users, while also playing a major role in creating our future business applications strategy together with the Business Applications team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing projects within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations portfolio
• Assisting and supporting internal users in working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP, Payment processors, Fixed Asset management, Inventory Management, Procure to Pay, etc).
• Analysing user needs and creating functional requirements
• Organising and managing user training
• Creating and maintain solution documentation
• Preparing users and projects for go‑live
• Developing simple reports
• Leading communication between internal users and external partners
• Collaborating with Business Applications team and other internal departments on implementing process improvements

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
• Has great knowledge of accounting, finance and supply chain processes
• Is able to independently develop standards and manage processes
• Is analytical and has a problem-solving attitude
• Has excellent communication skills and can be a true consultant to the business
• Is fluent in English
