The Cybersecurity Engineer serves a hands-on role in maintaining and improving AGCO's security posture. Cybersecurity Engineers work for the managers of respective security functions, under the office of the CISO to help run and maintain our security tooling, define and implement our secure network concepts, take a leading role in application security for products we use, and actively work to assess CVE's and ensure they are patched in our environment. We encourage and support our engineers growing their skillsets through a variety of learning and certification methods. Your Impact

  • Stakeholder management and engagement at various levels of the organization for the area of responsibility
  • Champion and assist teams implementing the company’s standards to make our applications safe while evangelizing security within the company and building customer trust
  • Architect, design, implement, support, and evaluate security solutions and services applicable to the area of responsibility
  • Track and research the latest technologies and solutions and how they might apply to our environments
  • Deep knowledge of common vulnerabilities, attack methodologies and their mitigation strategies

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical engineering or equivalent (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
  • 5 years of relevant cybersecurity experience
  • Direct experience with secure development practices, security code review, secure coding practices, threat modeling and/or security methodologies
  • Understanding of Cloud Computing concepts and Cloud Security
  • Direct experience of applicable compliance regulations and standards (SOX, GDPR, NIST, ISO, etc.)
