Job Title: Cyber Security Analyst - L4

Location: Brasil

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to analyze, identify, rectify, and recommend specific improvement measures that enhance the security posture of the organization by protecting sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer-centric cybersecurity services.
• Monitor and safeguard log sources and security access.
• Plan for disaster recovery in case of security breaches.
• Monitor for attacks, intrusions, and unusual or unauthorized activity.
• Perform log reviews and forensic analysis to identify unauthorized data or system access.
• Conduct security assessments, risk analysis, and root cause analysis of incidents.
• Handle escalated incidents from the L1 team in 24x7 rotational shifts.
• Use analytics tools to identify emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
• Complete all tactical security operations tasks.
• Analyze attacks and develop remedial actions.
• Create reports and dashboards based on incident analysis.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and assist with audits.
• Maintain security risk register and contribute to security awareness training.
• Advise employees on issues like spam and malicious emails.

Performance Parameters

• Customer satisfaction through timely security solutions.
• Adherence to SLAs (90-95%) with response and resolution times.
