DESCRIPTION

Brazil Shopping Experience team is looking for a passionate, talented Senior Product Manager to build solutions in the Category Customer Experience domain. The Sr PM will own the roadmap to enhance customer experience for specific category needs, plan strategic initiatives from scratch, build PRFAQs, and deliver designed solutions. She/He is expected to coordinate and prioritize multiple products.

To succeed in this role, the person needs to navigate the corporation to identify opportunities, benchmark across internal and external teams, influence the organization to deploy solutions, and partner with tech teams from design to product delivery.

Fluent English is required.

Key job responsibilities

Projects for this role include developing and driving new initiatives with the following responsibilities:

  1. Prioritize product investments considering development effort and product benefit
  2. Write PRFAQs, BRDs, capturing cross-functional product requirements (Tax, Accounting, Legal, Operations, Business) for successful launches
  3. Own roadmap and drive prioritization discussions with senior leaders when needed
  4. Drive alignment between stakeholders with conflicting priorities, capturing inputs and feedback along the way
  5. Scale worldwide solutions by adapting them to Brazil, advocating for Emerging Countries' experiences and scaling through business teams
  6. Drive product adoption post-launch
  7. Collaborate with partner teams to ensure data-driven decisions toward goals
  8. Analyze KPIs affected by Supply Chain launches
  9. Refine requirements during development, partnering with tech teams to ensure successful launches within project bandwidth
  10. Communicate progress effectively across the organization
A day in the life

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product/program management, demonstrate passion for customer and environmental issues, be self-driven, excel at dealing with ambiguity, and have a track record of delivering cross-functional projects on time. They should make decisions based on data, influence stakeholders, and manage relationships effectively. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication are essential. A self-starter who takes ownership of projects and business problems is ideal.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning and defining roadmaps
  • Experience working across teams and with senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery
