Cx Analyst - Noturno (Remoto)

We are looking for a Customer Experience Analyst. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will find solutions to the stickiest, most unique challenges faced by our guests and our team. Your objective is to deliver an outstanding customer experience to clients in Tabas Apartments, solving customers' problems to delight them. You will guarantee agility and quality of service by prioritizing customers' satisfaction. Your routine requires intelligent analysis of situations and establishing processes of continuous improvement for the company.

What You Will Focus On

• Tracking customer orders
• Evaluating services performed by internal and external collaborators
• Analyzing and developing strategic information for the areas
• Being entrepreneurial, proactive, and contributing to building the company
• Handling complex inquiries from guests and resolving issues to ensure excellent client experience
• Collaborating across functions to identify and improve customer support processes
• Being process-driven to deliver outstanding client experiences
• Participating in and helping to build 24/7 customer support for Tabas Apartments

THIS ROLE REQUIRES

• Experience in a customer service position
• Advanced English and native Portuguese skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Willingness to work on weekends when needed
