What you'll be doing:
  • Handle and resolve customer issues via phones (inbound and outbound), emails, and online chat tools (including social chat).
  • Guarantee an unparalleled customer service experience and uphold the company's image as the first line of communication with customers.
  • Provide a commercial approach to customers by presenting promotions and brand information aimed at conversions and brand turnover.
  • Meet or exceed KPI targets related to effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Deliver quality and accurate service.
  • Escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
  • Follow instructions from immediate supervisors and Officers-on-Duty.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve procedures and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate effectively with other customer service team members and departments.
  • Take initiative in contributing to the department’s growth and development.
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries with solutions.
  • Be flexible with shifting schedules.
  • Demonstrate extensive product and system knowledge.
  • Strictly adhere to internal procedures and company policies.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
  • Preferably a college graduate.
  • Excellent Portuguese and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Sports-oriented, especially knowledgeable about Soccer/Football.
  • Good typing skills (minimum 50 WPM).
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of online gaming is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, proactive, and responsible.
  • Supportive of company goals and objectives, with a focus on results.
  • Willing to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
