About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative (Junior) who’s passionate about helping customers succeed — and curious about what’s next in AI, automation, and workflow design.

This role blends customer support, customer success, and operations . You’ll help users go beyond meeting notes and unlock the full power of MeetGeek’s agentic capabilities — from automated follow-ups to real-time action triggers.

Responsibilities

Technical Troubleshooting

Support users through questions about agent setup, integrations, or system behavior. Collaborate with engineering to resolve edge cases.

Customer Onboarding & Success

Guide new customers from kickoff to activation. Help teams integrate MeetGeek into daily operations, measure value, and drive adoption.

CRM & Billing Ownership

Manage Stripe billing flows (upgrades and cancellations). Ensure customers have clarity on billing and account status.

Knowledge & Self-Service Support

Contribute to our help center and knowledge base by creating and updating articles, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.

Source Expansion Opportunities for Sales

Identify new opportunities during support and customer interactions. Surface warm leads and expansion potential to the sales team.

About You
  • 2–3 years in a customer-facing SaaS role (Customer Support, Onboarding, Sales Engineer)
  • You’ve built automation flows before (Zapier, Make, bots, API triggers, etc.)
  • Consultative and empathetic — you love helping users streamline and optimize
  • Familiar with tools like Slack, Intercom, Notion, Google Workspace, CRMs
  • Fluent in English, and other language required (French, German or Spanish)
