- Proven consulting skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and written communication skills
- Existing knowledge of software in digital marketing, including data platforms and customer journeys

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Program Management within large organizations
- Proven ability to lead executive-level discussions and presentations
- Flexibility to travel approximately 30% of the time
