What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage a portfolio of large, high-value enterprise customers to align with their business goals
- Manage customer subscriptions to ensure high retention and mitigate churn risk
- Identify and execute growth opportunities related to upselling, cross-selling, and expansion
- Build and foster relationships at all levels within the customer organizations, focusing on executive and senior leadership
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to prioritize issues and present new opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience developing and managing large, high-value enterprise customer relationships in the telematics/fleet operations software arena
- 7+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or business-outcome accountable Sales Executive
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of customers with diverse and complex needs throughout the SaaS lifecycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong technical aptitude
- Experience as a Salesforce user and managing a pipeline of renewals and upsell opportunities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Customer Success software and familiarity with fleet operations, AI video, and telematics
- Proven experience managing and negotiating complex contracts
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong ability to develop relationships internally and externally
- Experience acting as a change agent in complex organizations
