About The Role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Customer Success Assistant to join our team. This person will work closely with the founder to support the onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Assist with client onboarding by:

  • Sending out contracts
  • Gathering brand materials (color palettes, preferences, sample decks)
  • Setting up internal systems and team member logins
  • Maintain the organization of all onboarding data and ensure all requirements are met
  • Respond to low-lift client requests, such as basic questions on how to use the software
  • Eventually, conduct client tutorial calls to showcase product features
  • Support internal operations and keep client data up to date
  • Work directly with the founder and cross-functional teams as needed

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative support or customer success
  • Prior experience in client onboarding or working in a support/admin role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate client needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2 level)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
