Job Title: Customer Success Architect - Cortex XDR/XSIAM (Brazil - Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Architect to join our Cortex XDR/XSIAM team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success by providing guidance, expertise, and support for the deployment and optimization of our cutting-edge security platforms. As part of our LATAM team, you will work remotely, focusing on customer satisfaction, adoption, and streamlined security processes.

What You'll Do

  1. Enable Success: Guide customers to effectively deploy and customize the Cortex XDR/XSIAM platform, ensuring rapid product adoption and value realization.
  2. Act as a Product Expert: Provide technical expertise, address product-related questions, troubleshoot issues, develop scripts, and conduct customer training sessions.
  3. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product and engineering teams to maximize customer success and drive feedback into product improvements.
  4. Create Scalable Solutions: Translate technical knowledge into user-friendly guides and articles, enabling broader customer and partner engagement.

What We're Looking For

  1. Proven expertise with Palo Alto Networks solutions, particularly Cortex XDR/XSIAM and firewalls.
  2. Hands-on experience in security architecture, content development, and automation workflows.
  3. Familiarity with technologies such as EDR, SIEM, SOAR, NGFW, and related ecosystems.
  4. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and attack surface management (preferred).
  5. Background as a Security Incident Responder, SOC analyst/manager, or in similar roles.
  6. Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  7. Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  8. Fluent English proficiency; additional language skills are a bonus.
