Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic, international environment? CAE, a world leader in aviation training, is looking for a Customer Service/ Support Representative to join our team in Guarulhos. This role is key to ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our clients, trainees, and visitors at our training center.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all customers, clients, and guests.
- Ensure a high-quality in-house customer experience, managing daily operations related to customer service, reception, and training center logistics.
- Provide essential information regarding training processes, logistics, and general inquiries.
- Handle incoming calls: answer, screen, and forward as needed.
- Manage visitor access: check IDs, register guests, and issue badges.
- Receive, organize, and log daily correspondence and deliveries.
- Maintain and update training schedules.
- Support the coordination of meetings and events.
- Assist visitors with transportation services (taxis, Uber, vans).
- Perform administrative tasks to support the team and ensure smooth operations.
- Collect and manage customer satisfaction surveys to help improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in concierge services or a customer-facing role is a must
- Advanced or fluent English is essential
- Degree in Administration, Hotel Management, Tourism, or Secretarial Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level).
- Strong conflict resolution, communication, and interpersonal skills.
