Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Representative at FirstBPO. The role involves daily tasks such as engaging with customers, promoting products or services, handling inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer records. The Customer Sales Representative will play a key role in driving sales and fostering positive customer relationships.
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to effectively promote and sell products or services
Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
Proficiency in maintaining accurate customer records
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
