A leading crypto exchange is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to handle inquiries via chat and email. The role includes assisting with KYC verification, documenting customer issues, and staying updated on trading rules. Candidates must have experience in online customer support and be fluent in both Portuguese and English. This is a full-time, remote position requiring flexibility for shifts, including weekends and irregular hours.

Qualificações

• Experience in online customer support is mandatory.
• Familiarity with trading terminology and finance preferred.
• Experience dealing with Brazilian/Portuguese users is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels.
• Assist customers with KYC verification and dispute resolution.
• Document and elevate customer issues appropriately.
• Stay updated on futures trading rules and communicate risk alerts.
• Adapt to shift schedules for target market hours.
• Work weekends and irregular hours including night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels regarding accounts, trading, payments, etc.
• Assist customers with KYC verification, account security setup, and dispute resolution.
• Accurately document and elevate customer issues, collaborating with technical teams for complex cases.
• Stay updated on futures trading rules and promptly communicate platform announcements / risk alerts (training provided).
• Adapt to shift schedules (if required) to ensure coverage during target market hours.
• Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts.

Requirements

• Have an online customer support experience, and proficiency in tools like Zendesk / LiveChat.
• Fast learner, able to master derivatives trading terminology quickly.
• Patient, resilient, and skilled in de‑escalating high‑tension situations.
• Familiarity with Brazilian / Portuguese user communication styles; finance or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
