You’ll be the first friendly face patients meet at check-in, guiding them through the registration process and answering questions with confidence and compassion. You’ll register patients across multiple systems, collect accurate information, and support insurance navigation in a fast-paced setting. Qualificações

• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.

As a Patient Registration Customer Service Representative in Patient Registration, you will be the first friendly face patients meet when they check into the hospital. You'll:

• Help patients navigate the registration process

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service experience
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and meet vaccination requirements

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $14.50 - $18.99 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
