Your Opportunity

We are looking for a professional and organised Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the single point of contact for our Export customers across all aspects of orders, pricing, products, and returns for B.Braun’s high-quality product range.

Your Responsibilities
Export Coordinator
  • Be the single point of contact for our Export Customers, managing the export mailbox, and assisting the Export Sales Agent with:
    • Preparation of BIDs and Quotation Requests, Open Order, Inventory, Sales Reports, coordination of stock availability, providing literature and samples required for tenders
  • Processing of sales orders once stock availability and shipping requirements have been confirmed
  • Monitor and manage open orders
  • Supply Export Customers with regular order updates and documentation
Customer Service
  • Interact with internal and external customers via email and phone, providing information and addressing concerns professionally.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, internal B. Braun teams, logistic providers, and 3PL warehouses.
  • Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
  • Take ownership of customer queries through to resolution, including providing PODs, handling invoice queries, credit and return requests, and backorder ETAs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex customer issues, projects, and process improvements.
About You

Ideally, your background will include:

  • 3+ years of Customer Service experience in Medical Devices, Pharma, Healthcare preferred.
  • Experience with SAP is essential.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • A flexible, team-oriented attitude with a focus on accountability and responsibility.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with data entry.
  • Previous knowledge of export customers and processes is highly desirable.
Additional Requirements

Applicants must have full working rights in Australia, a valid Driver’s License and Passport, and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
