As a Customer Care Advocate, you will facilitate presales and post-sales requests, helping Rockwell Automation meet the urgent demands of our customers. You will also focus on identifying process improvement opportunities and assisting in their implementation. This position reports to the Customer Care Center Team Lead and is based in our São Paulo - SP office, working in a hybrid mode.
Our hybrid policy expects employees to work at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at a Rockwell location unless out of the office for business obligations.
