Job Description
Position Summary

As a Customer Care Advocate, you will facilitate presales and post-sales requests, helping Rockwell Automation meet the urgent demands of our customers. You will also focus on identifying process improvement opportunities and assisting in their implementation. This position reports to the Customer Care Center Team Lead and is based in our São Paulo - SP office, working in a hybrid mode.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage Sales and Repair Orders in Brazil by reviewing customer proposals and purchase orders before and after conversion, and properly filling out the entry checklist.
  • Make necessary changes throughout the order lifecycle, collaborating with Logistics, Finance, Tax, Repair Center, and others.
  • Ensure all processes comply with applicable procedures and regulations.
  • Collaborate with experts and process owners to identify best practices.
  • Provide support via phone, email, and chat.
The Essentials – You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English (speaking, listening, writing, reading).

Our hybrid policy expects employees to work at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at a Rockwell location unless out of the office for business obligations.
