Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy, and culturally curious internal communications leader who thrives in dynamic, distributed environments. As our Culture & Communications Lead, you will serve as the connective tissue across our globally distributed organization and be the strategic architect of our culture evolution.
This role will lead the activation and reinforcement of a culture that supports both high performance and high trust through moments, rituals, and communications that embed psychological safety, open dialogue, and values-based recognition into the business's rhythm.
You will own key cultural experiences, including signature company-wide events like SmartCon, our global offsite, and quarterly all-hands meetings. Through intentional moments, rituals, and narratives, you will influence how our culture is experienced across the employee journey.
Reporting to the Talent Systems & Strategy Lead, this role partners with the People team, executive leadership, and stakeholders to define and scale experiences that foster cultural resilience, clarity, and engagement.
