Position Title: Creator Success Assistant

About the role

As a Creator Success Assistant at LTK, you will oversee creator support operations across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction. In collaboration with the marketing team, you'll design educational content and resources that empower creators to optimize their performance. You will act as an expert in the LTK ecosystem, proactively addressing challenges and developing solutions to improve the creator experience. By analyzing data, trends, and feedback, you’ll identify opportunities for process improvements and growth, while fostering strong relationships through personalized support. This role requires a solutions-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a high-performance culture that supports creator success.

How you will make an impact

  1. Support creator engagement efforts by inviting creators to LTK events (virtual and in-person), ensuring strong attendance and active participation.
  2. Coordinate and host 1:1 meetings and webinars with creators, helping to facilitate discussions on best practices, platform features, and growth opportunities.
  3. Manage and execute the Fast Track Program, ensuring creators receive the right resources, training, and support to accelerate their success on the platform.
  4. Oversee and maintain WhatsApp groups for creator communication, ensuring timely updates, facilitating discussions, and fostering a positive and engaging environment.
  5. Support Business Partnership with creator communications, serving as a point of contact for any needs, questions, or requests related to creator management.
  6. Execute communication via Trebble + email, crafting clear, engaging messages to creators about platform updates, events, and key opportunities.
  7. Support ad-hoc projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the creator engagement and success efforts at LTK.

What you will bring to LTK

  • Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (is a plus).
  • Proficiency with general office software (Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Apps).
  • Strong interest in influencer marketing, creator economy, and digital media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with creators.
  • Proficiency with tools like Trebble, email platforms, and basic project management software.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
