Creator Marketing Specialist

Industry: Creator Marketing / Campaign Operations

Your Role

You’ll work closely with our campaign management team to coordinate influencer marketing and UGC campaigns in Brazil - from creator selection and client onboarding to reviewing content and ensuring timely delivery. You’ll also act as a key point of contact for Brazilian companies and support international campaigns when needed. You’ll be responsible for creating stunning campaigns together with clients, supporting creators in their creative processes, analyzing social media trends, and preparing clear, professional client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support campaign setup, creator support, and coordination
• Create effective and creative influencer marketing and UGC strategies
• Review content and ensure campaign guidelines are followed
• Monitor deadlines, performance, and deliverables
• Act as a point of contact for Brazilian companies and creators
• Support international campaigns when required
• Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance
• Organize and host client meetings and client pitches
• Translate and localize campaign materials when needed

You Have

• At least 1 year of experience working with influencer marketing and UGC campaigns
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Native Brazilian Portuguese and fluent English
• Comfortable communicating with both creators and brands
• Confident using social media analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics, or similar)
• Experience with presentation tools
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
