Team Overview

The 99 Creative Hub is looking for a Creative Production Analyst to support our brand and content teams in turning great ideas into high-quality deliveries — on time, on budget, and on point.If you enjoy following creative productions from beginning to end, are passionate about audiovisual content, live activations, and branded experiences, and are known for your organization, agility, and clear communication, this role could be a great fit for you.

Role Responsibilities
  • Production Coordination: Support all stages of production — briefing, pre-production, approvals, shooting, and post-production.
  • Brand Activations: Assist with planning and production of in-person brand experiences and live marketing events.
  • Operational Management: Help organize timelines, align expectations across departments, and ensure smooth logistics.
  • Financial Support: Assist with budget tracking, managing purchase orders, invoices, and contracts with finance and legal teams.
  • Vendor Management: Act as a liaison between internal teams, agencies, and production companies.
  • On-Site & Remote Presence: Attend shoots or activations (in-person or virtually) to ensure production excellence.
Role Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Audiovisual Production, Advertising, Event Management, or related areas.
  • Experience: Previous experience in video production, branded content, events, or live marketing.
  • Organization & Autonomy: Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail and accountability.
  • Tools: Comfortable with spreadsheets, timelines, and project management tools.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • English (Intermediate): Able to communicate with global teams and read materials in English.
  • Collaborative mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Interest in audiovisual content, digital marketing, and pop culture.
  • Solid planning and project tracking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and delivery quality.
  • Curiosity for innovation, creativity, and cultural trends.
