About The Position

We are seeking a Strategy Operations Manager for the Global Creative Strategy and Operations team across LATAM offices (São Paulo, Mexico City, Bogotá, and Buenos Aires). This role supports the Creative Product Marketing and Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and data-driven background, with experience translating data insights into compelling narratives that drive strategic and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Business Planning
  • Shape go-to-market strategies by collaborating with Operations teams, using data to identify priorities or gaps, and recommending actionable plans.
  • Drive strategic planning with operational rigor, including reviews and performance tracking against regional goals.
  • Lead regional projects, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Enhance processes for creative operations, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support revenue management, budgeting, and resource planning for regional Creative Marketing Operations.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Manage the regional data analytics framework, including data hygiene, FAQs, dataset improvements, metrics alignment, and dashboard creation, collaborating with DE teams.
  • Design and oversee reporting cadences to ensure understanding and accountability among Ops members.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on key advertisers, industries, or segments to support revenue growth.
  • Guide the team in quantifying creative KPIs and identifying areas for improvement, providing data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
  • Communicate analytical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree in an analytical field or equivalent undergraduate experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in strategy & operations, consulting, or data analytics roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools, with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, supporting clients across LATAM.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, consulting, or data analytics roles.
