Position: Country Sales Manager (Brazil)

Full Job Description

MedChemExpress is seeking a Country Sales Manager based in Brazil. This is a full-time role with career advancement opportunities. The position requires working Monday to Friday, willingness to travel, and legal work authorization in Brazil. The location is remote (work from home).

Our company is a leader in the chemicals and biochemicals research market, focusing on novel life-science reagents, reference compounds, APIs, and natural products. We are expanding our sales team in Brazil to develop new customer relationships.

Your Role:

  • Independently achieve sales growth and meet targets for MedChemExpress products in Brazil.
  • Promote our brand and products within your sales territory.
  • Maintain good customer relationships, visit clients regularly, and develop new accounts.
  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails professionally.
  • Provide accurate product, pricing, and promotion information.
  • Collaborate with team members, participate in marketing events, and share market insights.
  • Attend exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows; develop marketing campaigns; gather customer data.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences, biosciences, biology, pharmacy, chemistry, or related fields.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in biological, biomedical, biochemical, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Willingness to engage in sales activities and handle work pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, responsibility, and customer service awareness.
  • Self-motivated with perseverance.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Brazilian Portuguese.
