Country Sales Manager

Full Job Description

MedChemExpress is seeking a Country Sales Manager based in Brazil. This full-time position offers career advancement opportunities. You must be available to work Monday to Friday and willing to travel. Legally authorized to work in Brazil is required.

Location: Brazil (Work from home)

MedChemExpress is a leading global company in the chemicals and biochemicals research market, focusing on novel life-science reagents, reference compounds, APIs, and natural compounds. We are expanding our sales team in Brazil to develop more customer relationships.

Your Role:

  1. Achieve sales growth and meet targets for MedChemExpress products in Brazil independently.
  2. Promote the MedChemExpress brand and products within your sales area.
  3. Build and maintain good customer relationships through regular visits and professional interactions.
  4. Handle customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails regarding orders and technical questions.
  5. Provide accurate product, pricing, and promotion information to customers.
  6. Work effectively with team members to ensure success.
  7. Collaborate with BD and marketing managers on branding and marketing events.
  8. Gather market and industry intelligence to inform marketing strategies.
  9. Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
  10. Engage in relevant social discussions about our company and industry.
  11. Manage customer files, follow up on orders, and provide after-sales service.
  12. Attend exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows; develop marketing campaigns; gather customer information.

Required Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences, biosciences, biology, pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields.
  2. At least three years of relevant experience in the biological, biomedical, biochemical, or pharmaceutical industry.
  3. Willingness to engage in sales and handle work pressure.
  4. Friendly, open-minded, responsible, with good communication and customer service skills.
  5. Self-motivated, perseverant.
  6. Proficient in spoken and written English and Brazilian Portuguese.
