Country Manager – Latam (B2B Sales & Business Development – AI‑Driven Study Abroad Platform)

Latam (Brazil / Mexico); Remote (Industry preferred: Internet platform, technology, AI, e‑commerce or similar)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement localized recruitment strategies to grow international student enrollment and align with the platform’s growth objectives.
- Build and manage key partnerships with recruitment agents, educational consultants, and institutions; negotiate agreements and ensure alignment with enrollment goals.
- Lead regional market initiatives, identifying high‑potential regions and adapting strategies to fit market needs and cultural contexts.
- Mentor and guide the recruitment team, fostering collaboration and driving individual and team objectives.
- Represent the platform at key events (conferences, webinars, recruitment fairs) to promote the brand and enhance market presence.
- Oversee partner training and development, implementing programs to improve recruitment practices and application processes.
- Analyze and optimize recruitment performance using data analytics to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate across marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive recruitment efforts aligned with overall platform goals.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development, building strong partnerships with agents and institutions.
- At least 3+ years in a leadership/mentorship role focused on fostering team growth and collaboration.
- Strategic sales and relationship management expertise with high‑impact partnerships.
- Data‑driven decision‑making skills using CRM systems and analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required; familiarity with CRM, analytics, and digital engagement platforms is a plus.
- Preferred profile: solid B2B sales experience, experience leading a team of 6+ people, proven record of managing high‑volume sales targets, strong cross‑functional collaboration, strategic and tactical planning ability, and comfort with technology tools and digital functionalities.
