About Our Client

Work for a company specializing in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for off-road vehicles and machinery in industries such as construction, agriculture, forestry, mining, material handling, and utility vehicles.

Job Description

  1. Drive commercial strategy, strengthening relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  2. Lead and expand sales efforts within the off-road vehicle and heavy machinery market.
  3. Ensure strong collaboration with engineers and technical teams to support customer needs and product development.
  4. Oversee and optimize local production, aligning with the company's broader strategic goals.
  5. Manage the full P&L of the Brazilian operations, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  6. Act as the primary interface between the local business and the multinational group, reporting initially to the divisional CEO.
  7. Represent the company's interests while maintaining high ethical standards, professionalism, and loyalty.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Experience: Proven track record in executive leadership within a comparable-sized company in the off-road vehicle or heavy machinery sector. Experience with air conditioning systems is a plus but not mandatory.
  2. Commercial Expertise: Strong background in sales, account management, and business development within industrial B2B markets.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with off-road vehicle OEMs and component suppliers. Experience with large corporations is not the ideal fit; preference for professionals from mid-sized, technically driven businesses.
  4. Leadership Style: Respectful, reliable, and committed, with a reputation for professionalism and loyalty. Capable of fostering strong, long-term relationships both internally and externally.
  5. Technical Understanding: Engineering background is not required, but the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and engineers is essential.
  6. Strategic Vision: Ability to identify and seize new business opportunities while maintaining operational stability and customer satisfaction.
  7. International Coordination: Experience reporting to global headquarters and managing alignment with multinational corporate structures.
