Job Title: Country Manager

T4Trade, a well-established broker in Europe, Asia, and LATAM, is looking to hire an experienced individual for the role of Country Manager.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the local team, providing support and training in line with HQ requirements.
  2. Oversee and grow the company's operations within the region, including Brazil.
  3. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, ensuring high-quality service.
  4. Promote and drive the adoption of the company's financial products and services.
  5. Represent the company at international industry expos and be available for travel.
  6. Leverage existing partner relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  7. Stay updated with global financial markets daily.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  9. Provide regular feedback on progress to management.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in business development within the FX industry, including managing a portfolio and/or team.
  • Business fluency in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to generate and expand business independently.
  • Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
