KuCoin Exchange Brazil is seeking an entrepreneurially-minded Country Manager (CEO) to lead our VASP entity, secure regulatory standing with the Central Bank of Brazil, and drive local market growth.

You will oversee regulatory and entity leadership, build trusted regulator relationships, design growth strategies, engage government partners, and scale a high-performing local team across Brazil.

Qualificações

We are seeking an entrepreneurially-minded, results-driven Country Manager (CEO) to lead our Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) entity in Brazil, secure our regulatory standing with the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB), and drive local market growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory & Entity Leadership: Assume full operational and legal management of the local VASP entity, ensuring strict corporate governance and direct accountability to the Board of Directors.
• Regulator Relations: Act as the primary liaison and build a trusted relationship with the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB) and other local regulatory bodies.
• Strategic Growth: Design and execute the company’s commercial and business strategy to establish market share in Brazil.
• Government Relations & Advocacy: Leverage and expand local government networks to advocate for the platform and navigate evolving crypto frameworks.
• Team Scaling: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing local team of dozens of professionals, fostering an execution-focused culture.

Required Qualifications

• Local Network: Proven, deep-rooted relationships with Brazilian regulatory bodies, government officials, or traditional financial regulators.
• Industry Experience: Senior leadership experience within a cryptocurrency exchange or a top-tier traditional financial institution (FinTech, Banking) in Brazil.
• Global Mindset: Prior experience working within a multinational or cross-border corporate structure.
• Leadership Track Record: Proven experience managing, scaling, and aligning teams of dozens of employees.
• Commercial Drive: Strong portfolio of local sales resources, institutional networks, or business development channels.
• Mindset: Highly results-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and possessing a flawless reputation for professional integrity.
