Job Duties and Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Experience with Artificial Lift - Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP).
• Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• 10+ years of professional experience (preferred).
• Background in sales and/or contract acquisition.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
• Willingness to travel.

Job Duties

• Lead all customer technical-related issues in the country, under broad direction.
• Develop expertise in PSLs' technology and services to educate customers, operations, and business development teams on features and benefits.
• Ensure delivery excellence by identifying customer needs, supporting proposals, diagnosing delivery issues, and utilizing extensive product knowledge.
• Help establish strategic direction through understanding local customer drivers and challenges, and execute up-sell strategies.
• Enhance the PSL brand by co-authoring technical papers with recognized industry bodies.
• Coordinate technical forums and presentations, and communicate technical sales and marketing information effectively.
• Implement tactical action plans as directed by the country management.
• Build a network of subject matter experts within the country for relevant technologies.
• Utilize project management skills for organizing and executing assignments.
• Provide leadership to Technical Advisors, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
