Overview

At this position, you will own the cost estimating and modeling processes for critical Driveline commodities (Halfshafts, Driveshafts, Beam/non-Beam/eBeam Axles), and eventually expand to Suspension, Brakes, and Steering Systems. Collaborating closely with Purchasing, Product Development, Material Cost, and Finance, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, identifying significant cost reduction and value capture opportunities across all product stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or Administration/Finance, with experience on manufacturing processes.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive component manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in data management, quantitative analysis, and critical thinking.
• Good communication, facilitation, and persuasive storytelling abilities, with a collaborative mindset for cross-functional environments.
• Experience in constructing and analyzing manufacturing costs, including knowledge of at least one of the following: Assembly Line Processes, Metal Casting, Forging, Stamping, Machining and Welding Assemblies.
• Direct experience with automotive components such as Axles, Differentials, Halfshafts, or Propshafts is desirable.
