Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks a senior cost-management leader to oversee the evolution of cost practices across industrial, financial planning, and operational performance domains.

You will drive closing, budgeting, forecasting, dashboards, and ongoing process improvements while developing a high-performing team and serving as the TOTVS Protheus SME. Experience with ERP implementations and a dairy/food focus is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Mandatory functional knowledge of TOTVS Protheus
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial closing, and inventory management
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of Power BI or a similar tool
• Willingness to adopt and use AI in day-to-day activities
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and cost formation
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, Cost Management, or Business Management is a plus
• Experience implementing or enhancing ERP/Protheus systems, automation, and process improvements is a plus
• Experience in the food or consumer goods industry is a plus
• Experience working with dairy products or inputs with similar dynamics is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Lead the evolution of the Company’s cost management practices
• Connect industrial costs, financial planning, and operational performance
• Lead closing, budgeting, forecasting, dashboard, process improvement, and team development activities
• Serve as the functional subject-matter expert for cost processes in TOTVS Protheus
• Lead the closing and management of industrial costs, ensuring reliability and compliance with deadlines
• Manage and develop the team
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, variance analysis, and performance management
• Develop dashboards and cost, efficiency, productivity, waste, inventory, and profitability metrics
• Partner with the Industrial, Logistics, R&D, Marketing, and Finance teams
• Support studies involving new products, investments, productivity, capacity, make-or-buy decisions, and portfolio management
• Lead transformation, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement projects
• Ensure governance, audit support, and executive communication of results, risks, and opportunities
