About this Position

At Henkel we are looking for a Corporate Communications Senior Specialist. This position is responsible for planning and executing communication strategies across multiple platforms to a variety of audiences.The role involves managing public relations campaigns, drafting and localizing content for press releases, and coordinating with media outlets.

What you´ll do
  • Supports the planning and execution of PR campaigns and media relations strategies.
  • Drafts and localizes press releases, media pitches, and executive interviews. Monitors media coverage and prepare performance reports and insights.
  • Manages relationships with PR agencies and external partners. Coordinates crisis communication efforts in alignment with global and regional teams.
  • Develops and implement internal communication plans to engage employees and promote company culture. Creates content for internal channels (intranet, newsletters, News Hub and Viva Engage, etc.).
  • Collaborates with HR and other departments to promote internal campaigns and programs. Supports content creation for Henkel Latam’s social media channels (Facebook).

  • Desirable experience with 8 or more years in communications.
  • Experience in dealing with agencies, public relations.
  • Advanced English and intermediate Spanish.
