What you will do

The Senior Director, Corporate Affairs, Brazil & LATAM, will be responsible for developing and implementing Corporate Affairs strategies that enhance Kenvue’s reputation, manage risks, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and advocate on key issues in Brazil and Latin America.

The successful candidate will develop and lead a team of corporate affairs professionals, working closely with business leaders, cross-functional teams, and global colleagues across the Corporate Affairs function. This role reports to the Vice President, Corporate Affairs, overseeing the EMEA-LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Planning and executing corporate affairs strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Leading media and stakeholder engagement in Brazil and across LATAM.
  3. Streamlining communications initiatives, including internal and external communications and issues management.
  4. Managing media partnerships and speaking opportunities to enhance visibility.
  5. Preparing communications and public affairs materials.
  6. Integrating external environmental assessments and stakeholder engagement into business planning.
  7. Identifying and leveraging public policy and government affairs opportunities.
  8. Guiding the development of company responses to public policy issues.
  9. Managing trade association memberships and external stakeholder networks.
  10. Establishing thought leadership and enhancing company reputation.
  11. Leading a LATAM team to execute strategies and drive advocacy at local levels.
  12. Participating in strategic decision-making as part of LATAM and EMEA-LATAM leadership teams.
  13. Managing the Corporate Affairs budget and resources.
  14. Recruiting and developing talent.
  15. Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in government affairs and public policy in LATAM, especially Brazil.
  • Experience in political, legislative, or public sector roles, with tenure in a multinational corporation.
  • Deep understanding of the external environment and political processes.
  • Knowledge of legislative and regulatory processes in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
