Job Purpose

The Brazilian tax reform introduces significant changes impacting business operations. The Tax Reform project aims to prepare the organization for this change by adapting processes and systems and designing a transformation strategy in collaboration with various functions and BUs.

As the finance coordinator, you will evaluate the financial impact of the tax reform, ensure compliance, support process and system adaptations, and assist BUs in deploying the transformation strategy, providing crucial financial guidance throughout.

Main Responsibilities

1. Support the implementation of the Tax Reform transformation strategy with multifunctional teams from a financial perspective.
2. Develop financial models to assess impacts and coordinate discussions with BUs and teams.
3. Coordinate the Tax Reform Finance workstream, reviewing and adapting impacted finance processes.
4. Report outcomes and risks to leadership, escalating issues as needed.
5. Support process and system changes in coordination with functions and BUs.
6. Engage with external consultancies for project workstreams.
7. Manage and monitor restructuring funds related to the Tax Reform Business Case.
8. Assist all project workstreams from a financial perspective.
9. Develop a plan for Split Payment, identifying impacts and proposing solutions.
